What is the Austin Wind Symphony?
If you love the music of film and television, the Austin Wind Symphony has got you covered! Founded in June of 2005, the fifty piece 501(c)3 volunteer organization believes that today's classical music is usually only a movie ticket away!
"This is music that is so often underappreciated. The composer's role is to bring the elements of the project together, only to have it buried in sound effects, and dialogue; We exist to prove just how powerful it can be when heard live." said Patrick Phillips, founder and conductor of the ensemble.
The Austin Wind Symphony is a 501(c)(3) organization.
Your tax-deductible donations are greatly appreciated.
